A therapeutic space to honour your loss

Miscarriage and fertility loss can be deeply painful and isolating. This small therapeutic group offers a safe, compassionate space to share your experience, connect with others who understand, and honour your unborn babies in your own way.
Through sharing and gentle conversation, creativity, meditation, breathwork and meaningful ritual, we support you in exploring your grief with care and without judgement.
Whether your loss was recent or many years ago, you are welcome.
What to Expect:
- Small closed group (maximum of 8 participants)
- Safe and confidential environment
- Therapeutic support from two experienced counsellors

Meet Your Facilitators

Melanie Griffiths (right)
Melanie is an integrative therapist with over 25 years’ experience supporting children, adults and families. She specialises in attachment, trauma, creativity and compassionate therapeutic relationships, creating spaces where healing can unfold naturally.
Zoe Carter-Beedie (left)
Zoe is an integrative counsellor with both professional and lived experience of infertility and pregnancy loss. She offers a warm, nurturing approach, combining counselling with gentle, somatic inquiry and breathwork, creativity and nature-based practices to support emotional healing.
